It is common cause that under normal circumstances and in all Diplomatic Protocols and procedures visiting foreign dignitaries are accorded befitting security by the host government. But today in london not even peace corps were seconded both to the Zimbabwean Consulate and at Catham House were Minister SB Moyo was set to make a presentation. Threats of violence by MDC activists in London have been gathering momentum some three weeks back.But still the British government did not think that it was necessary to take some contingency measures to protect a visiting dignitory.
